Mastering Realistic Color In Oils


Many elements go into completing a successful painting and it can be intimidating to try to focus on everything at once. This class will concentrate on the element of color and teach various techniques for achieving realistic colors using oil paint. Working on a simple still life each week, we will practice scumbling and glazing, balancing warm and cool color relationships, and mixing colors. This class will help you master color so that you have the skills to tackle more ambitious paintings. What to Bring
