Explore color photography taught online with a lecture, demonstrations and critiques. Designed to show you how to see use color more creatively, the lecture and discussion topics will include: getting the correct exposure, relationships of colors, psychology of color, using different kinds of light sources, using color for emphasis, mood and abstraction. The goal is to continue to develop visual skills in color while exploring how it relates to the characteristic elements of photography: light and shadow, shape, texture, line, pattern, focus, point of view and movement.
To participate, students will need to have access to a computer, tablet, or phone with internet and access to Zoom.
