Intaglio Printmaking


Learn how to transform drawings into editionable prints quickly and easily in this workshop. Students will be introduced to the tools and materials of dry-point etching and learn the ins-and-outs of plate making. Students will then be guided in properly inking and wiping plates, and how to use the etching press. Various methods of incorporating color into prints will also be covered. This workshop is the perfect primer for future etching and intaglio classes. What to Bring
