Small Scale Bronze Casting


Design and build a wax model of a small sculpture for casting. Learn how to add gating (sprues and vents), mix the investment around the sculpture, burn out the wax original, then melt and pour the molten bronze into the void left by the wax. Student will then demold the casting and learn the steps to finish the final bronze sculpture.
