Small Scale Bronze Casting - 9 weeks


Design and build a wax model of a small sculpture for casting. Learn how to add gating (sprues and vents), mix the investment around the sculpture, burn out the wax original, and melt & pour the molten bronze into the void left by the wax. Student will then demold the casting and learn the steps to finish the final bronze sculpture.
