Wild & Wacky Wheel Throwing Techniques

Expand your ceramic skills by experimenting with free-throwing wheel techniques and create one-of-a-kind flowing forms. Some techniques to be explored include: using different-consistency clays; adding texture, fluting, or scarring; letting the shapes swirl and distort; and throwing while only touching the inside of the piece. For students with good throwing skills who want to experiment with free-throwing techniques. Be amazed at the wild & wacky ceramics you create! Bisque firing is included in the workshop fee.
