| Precious metal clay (PMC) is a fun and versatile material that starts as malleable clay and, after firing, becomes a solid metal piece. This course will introduce jewelers and non-jewelers alike to a variety of techniques to manipulate and decorate their own PMC silver jewelry pieces. Learn to decorate, texture, set stones, polish, and patina using various tools and molds. Students will also be shown how to set, monitor, and fire kilns. All materials provided, including a tool kit which may be purchased from the instructor for those who wish to continue working with PMC independently.
