“Pique Assiette” is a style of mosaic that incorporates pieces of broken ceramics, plates, cups, and tiles. Students will use broken pieces to arrange into a design on a terracotta pot. Pique Assiette embraces the idea of humor, combining art and recycling, and the significance of found objects.
