Introduction to Collagraphy

CourseGraphic
Explore the dynamic medium of collagraphy in this introductory workshop. Create textures by collaging substances such as textiles, acrylic texture mediums, sandpapers, bubble wrap, string or other fibers, cut cardstock, leaves, and more onto a board. Ink or pigment is then applied to the resulting collage, and the board is used to print onto paper using either a printing press or various hand tools. Collagraphy is perfect for printmakers looking to expand their practice or first time students.
