Be inspired by the warm air and all the possibilities the summer holds. In this new week students will create projects based on fun things to do during the summer like a 3D campsite diorama, a painting of 4th of July fireworks and a pastel drawing of the boardwalk. Get ready for a fun-filled creative summer!!
Students work on three separate art projects a day. Each week students will create 1 clay project, 1 sculpture project, several painting, drawing, collage and other mixed media projects.
Daily Schedule:
9:45-10AM Morning Check-In
10-11:30AM Morning Art Project
11:30AM-12PM Lunch (packed from home)
12-1:15PM Afternoon Art Making
1:15-1:30PM Snack (packed from home)
1:30-3PM Afternoon Art Project
3-3:15PM Afternoon Pick-Up
Every Friday is Art Exhibition Day! Family and friends are invited to see the works created during the week. Exhibits begin each Friday at 2pm.
