Block Printing Basics


Block printing is an art form that is over 2000 years old. Come learn the basics and create beautifully patterned block printed textiles. Students will be guided in the proper usage of linoleum block printing tools, and designing three to four patterns and motifs that will then be carved and printed onto paper and fabric. By the end of the workshop, students will be able to take home a beautifully printed tea towel and tote bag.
