In this one-day workshop, students will obtain knowledge and skills to layer two-glazes on top of each other. As a result of the combination they choose, will have a unique glaze color. A variety of glaze combination test tiles will be available for reference and the instructor will provide demonstrations on how to use the combinations. Also, techniques to highlight textured surfaces will be demonstrated. This workshop is intended to show off to maximize the glazing options with the studio provided materials. Bisque pieces are to be brought the day of the workshop. Materials fee covers the firing and glazing.
