| Learn the ins and outs of an incredibly accessible medium - pastel sticks! Through weekly reference guided demonstrations, students will be given the opportunity to explore pastels in different subject matters including still life, landscapes, and portraits. Students will learn a variety of techniques such as blending, color mixing, layering, texture, and composition. Moreover, students will be encouraged to take the skills that they’ve acquired and use them to pursue their own pastel masterpieces.
