| Create unique containers to house exotic plants such as succulents, air plants, and other small plants. Learn handbuilding techniques such as slab and coil construction to build boxes, globes, wall hanging dishes and pocket pots. Students will learn about design, texture, glazing and other techniques to enhance their clay pots. We will discuss which clay construction techniques work best for each type of plant and learn hanging and assembling techniques to complete their pieces. All materials including plants provided.
