Are you a crochet artist who would like to learn some new stitches and techniques to liven up your practice? Have you started a project with a pattern and got stuck? Enroll in this two-day workshop to learn and practice crocheting in ways beyond the basics. During the first session, students will trouble shoot problems with patterns and be introduced new stitches. Students will have time to practice in the studio with the guidance of the instructor and be encouraged to practice at home. In the second session, students will have time to work as a group and independently to reinforce new learned skills, such as pattern work. Students are welcome to bring a started project, but must bring everything connected with it (yarn, hooks, and printed copy of the pattern). If students are interested in learning new stitches, they can bring their favorite crochet hook, one skein of basic worsted weight (4) yarn and scissors. This workshop is designed for intermediate and advanced students who have experience in crocheting.
