Introduction to Character Design & Animation (ages 8-12)

Spanning the fundamentals of drawing to scenario-based character design to storyboarding and beyond, this comprehensive course will teach students all about 2D hand-drawn animation. Referencing the art of masters such as Walt Disney and Hayao Miyazaki, students will gather a historical perspective of the art of animation and will be encouraged to take what they learn and apply it to their own characters and animation projects.
