CourseGraphic Thanks to the internet, it’s easier than ever to publish your own comic ... but how does a successful webcomic artist get their ideas off the ground? This course will cover various techniques for creating a comic and discuss strategies for starting and maintaining a successful project on the web. Topics will be covered weekly and include: improving your artistic skills,  using the web safely and effectively to your advantage, and managing consistent updates of your work online. The culmination of this class will be completing the first chapter/forward of your comic, ready to be published online. Most materials provided. Please bring a folder to hold your work and an idea for your comic.
