In this one-day adult workshop, create a home out of clay for your beloved succulents and/or air plaints! Students will learn several hand-building techniques like making slabs and coils to construct boxes, globes, wall-hanging dishes and pocket pots for their plants. Students will also use underglazes or stroke and coat glaze to color and decorate their pieces. Students can purchase ceramics open studio time during the semester to clear glaze their pieces if needed. The materials fee covers clay, the firing fee and materials used during the workshop.
