CourseGraphic This class is designed for intermediate and advanced students to explore a variety of printmaking techniques, with an emphasis on monoprint, intaglio, relief, and mixed processes. With a push towards experimentation and independence, students will be challenged to create an edition of new works, a suite of related prints, or simply explore and strengthen technical skills. This course will fluctuate between direct group instruction and demonstration, individual instruction, and ample open studio work time, allowing students to learn and explore new processes and techniques. Some materials provided; additional materials will be discussed in class. Beginners with some printmaking experience welcome!
