NEW! Teapot Slabs Created from Clay (Sundays, 11/10 & 12/8)

In this two-session workshop, students will create a unique tea pot using slabs and have the opportunity to decorate their tea pot using a variety of materials. During the first session, the instructor will provide demonstrations on how to use the slab roller and slab construction. In the second session after pieces have been bisque fired, students will have the opportunity to use oxides, underglazes and/or glazes to finish their pieces. The materials fee covers the cost of firing and some materials provided. Students will need to purchase clay on the day of the workshop. It is recommended students have some experience working with clay, but new students are also welcome.
