In this exciting one day workshop, young creators will design and build their very own board game from scratch! From inventing a fun theme and drawing colorful game boards to crafting unique playing pieces and writing creative rules, students will use their imaginations every step of the way. Along the journey, they’ll practice storytelling, problem-solving, and collaboration while exploring art materials like markers, paints, and collage supplies. By the end of the workshop, each child will have a one–of–a–kind game to play with friends and family—complete with their own personal artistic touch. Please note that this workshop is three hours long. Students are welcome to bring a snack with them and will have a 15-minute break during the workshop (food not provided.)
