Create stunning pieces of wearable art in this one-day workshop! Students will learn how to set stones that are freeform shapes. The instructor will provide a demonstration on setting some stones and bezels from the front or back of the piece. Some atypical prong settings will also be demonstrated. Having metal working experience is recommended, but not required. Copper and brass will be supplied but students need to either bring their own stones on the day of the workshop or purchase stones that day. Students who want to work in silver must bring their own 22-gauge sterling sheet and fine silver bezel wire.
