NEW! The Fundamentals of 2-D Design - 5 WEEK; START 10/28

This is an introduction class for students to learn the elements and principles of 2D design. The process will start with idea development through quick sketches, using basic design elements to explore possible compositions. Then, students will refine and finalize their compositions and create color roughs to plan their artwork. The final project will be a small painting (10” × 10”) using poster paints. Throughout the course, the instructor will provide step-by-step instruction and guidance through the creative process.
